Week one: identify your limiting beliefs

Choose an area of your life you’d like to improve or feel challenged. For example your career, finances, relationships, or social life. Now do a bit of digging and write down all the beliefs you have related to this area of your life. Don’t judge or think too much at this point in time. This is the brainstorming phase and getting to the heart of it. Include your fears, experiences, beliefs learnt from your parents and society.Highlight the beliefs that are limiting you. The beliefs which are holding you back, and bring forward negative emotions when you say them, think them, feel them. Pick out 3 to 5 limiting beliefs you will initially work on to change. The ones that will have the greatest impact. Part of being successful is focusing on the most important issues in your life. Download the workbook for week 1 and work through the questions.
